Staying here was a delight as I was just 500 meters from the fascinating Tulum Archaeological Site and an easy walk to awesome dining spots like Salciccium Tulum, making it perfect for my city strolls and landmark explorations. I truly loved unwinding in the nearby green spaces between adventures.

Pool area had decent loungers for sunbathing. it’s a solid spot to soak in some rays without dealing with beach crowds. The Deluxe King Suite offered comfortable bedding, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

No sign outside made locating the place a chore, costing us an hour of our precious time. A fridge would have been a welcome addition to keep drinks cool in the heat. The hotel’s distance from the airport caught us off guard, taking nearly an hour for transfers to and from. We encountered noise issues. kids were allowed to run and yell during the night, making it difficult to get any rest. Lastly, the shower malfunctioned and flooded the bathroom, and there were problems with refill drinking water often running empty.

Consider bringing earplugs if staying on the mezzanine level, as noise from the lobby can be disruptive.

Couple's perfect getaway

The rooftop pool was amazing , we took several sunset dips and u could see the ruins from there. The staff were super friendly and even surprised us with a cake for our special moment, very thoughtful!

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. I loved the rooftop pool with a stunning view over the jungle, perfect for relaxing at sunset. I also appreciated the yoga space available. it was a nice touch for wellness enthusiasts.
